Looking for training in mindfulness and compassion for yourself, for your work, or for you workplace?
Since 2011 we have offered quality training from 1 hour introductory talks to 8-week classes for individuals, communities, and organizations in the greater Puget Sound Region.
How to get started?
For individuals we recommend starting with one of our 3-week Getting Started with Mindfulness and Compassion classes. Offered quarterly in Seattle, Bellingham, and the Eastside. Or jump right into the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course or the Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) class.
For organizations we recommend starting with our 2-hour Introduction to Mindfulness presentation. You can also get started on your own by exploring the free online practices and the videos and articles under Learn. Curious about who we are? Read more under About or meet our talented Staff.
