Join Mindfulness Northwest at Village Books as a part of their annual New Year's Resolutions event.
Mindfulness practitioner Joe Arellano, graduate of the Mindfulness Northwest Teacher Training Program, will facilitate an exploration of mindfulness practices that promote awareness and well-being. We'll discuss the origins of mindfulness, touch on stress physiology and explore how mindfulness practices can help us engage in our relationship to experience, helping to reduce stress and enhance well-being. Simple practices of breathing and mindful movement will support our discussion as we explore mindfulness from the inside out.
