A Free Evening of Mindfulness Explorationwith Mindfulness Northwest at Mount Baker Theatre’s Encore Room.
A Benefit for DVSAS
Join Mindfulness Teacher Michael Kelberer of Mindfulness Northwest for a hands-on exploration of mindfulness practice. We'll discuss the origins of mindfulness in contemporary science and ancient Buddhism, touch on stress physiology, and explore how mindfulness practices can help us engage in our relationship to experience, reducing stress and enhancing well-being. Simple practices of breathing and mindful movement will support our discussion as we explore mindfulness from the inside out.
