A Free Introduction to Mindfulness
Join local mindfulness teacher, Michael Kelberer, for an exploration of mindfulness practices that promote awareness and well-being. We will discuss the origins of mindfulness, touch on stress physiology, and explore how mindfulness practices can help us reduce stress and enhance well-being. Simple practices of breathing and mindful movement will support our discussion as we explore mindfulness from the inside out.
