Explore the depth and power of mindfulness as well as its roots in Buddhism in this Online Workshop in collaboration with Seattle's Nalanda West.

Join Mindfulness and Dharma teacher Tim Burnett of Mindfulness Northwest and Red Cedar Zen in an exploration of the modern mindfulness movement from the inside out. Tim will offer a mix of workshop activities and retreat practices as we explore the depth and power of mindfulness as well as its roots in Buddhism. Along the way we'll weave in a taste of the scientific validation and underpinnings of these practices and feel our way into the felt sense of the practice with the support of poetry and story.

Schedule
Starts Friday evening from 7 - 9 PM. Continues on Saturday from 9 AM - 4 PM, with a break for lunch.
