We so often try to approach everything in life with our head. Join us in this weekly, drop-in journey back into the wisdom in the body.

Mindfulness Northwest Instructors will offer guidance and support in entering deeply into the body through postures and movements based on the disciplines of Yoga, Qi Gong, and Pilates.

Our mindful movement practices are gentle and accessible and are a part of all of our courses. Now for the first time ever these same practices are presented directly to the community.

Alternative poses are offered and freedom to adapt this work to your body's needs is welcomed.

Donations to the Accessibility Fund are warmly invited in support of this no-charge weekly offering.

Schedule:
Mondays from 12 noon - 1 PM, through June 2021. Register below, then drop-in for one or many sessions. 

Instructors:

Tim Burnett, Mindfulness Northwest Executive Director and Guiding Teacher. Certified teacher of MBSR, MSC, and CCT. Long time student of yoga and Qi Gong.

Beth GlostenMD, Certified Mindfulness Teacher through the Mindfulness Northwest Teacher Training Program and Pilates Method Alliance certified teacher.


Holly BondMindfulness Northwest Instructor, Registered Yoga Teacher, Qualified MBSR Teacher.    

 Carolyn McCarthy, Mindful Self-Compassion Trained Teacher by the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion. 

   


Catherine Duffy, Certified Mindfulness Northwest Instructor and MSC Trained Teacher with the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion at the University of California at San Diego.




Who this class is for:
This program is appropriate for all levels of experience with mindfulness and mindful movement training including those just beginning the journey.

Location: Offered Live Online.

We'll use the Zoom video conferencing platform. Find out more about this easy to use software at www.Zoom.us. Broadband internet is required. 

Cost
Suggested donation of $5 - $50 per session to our Accessibility Fund per session you attend. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
