1-hour drop-in session

Program Description

Join us for an hour of gentle, guided movement appropriate for all bodies. So often we approach life with our head. Mindfulness of the body shows us another way. Being more fully embodied gives us access to our feelings, a sense of presence, and the possibility of being more open and alive.

Through gentle movements based on the disciplines of yoga, qigong, and Pilates, our instructors offer warm guidance and support in settling into the body. All bodies welcome! We offer variations in poses, encouraging you to choose whatever’s right for your body today.

Appropriate for all levels of experience, including those just beginning the journey. No special equipment is required, but you might like to have a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket handy. Come home to the wisdom of the body in this weekly, drop-in workshop.


Mondays, through August 30, 12-1pm PST. Register below, then drop-in for one or many sessions.


Offered Live Online. Zoom link will be sent to you by email once you register.


This program is offered for no charge. A donation to the Accessibility Fund is warmly invited to pay it forward. $5 – $50 per session suggested.
