LECTURES FROM THE BUDDHIST ROOTS OF MINDFULNESS RETREAT, OCTOBER 2017

In October 2017, Mindfulness Northwest director and leader teacher Tim Burnett co-led a 7-day silent mindfulness retreat with Robin Boudette. Tim and Robin gave daily talks exploring Beginner's Mind and the Foundational Attitudes of mindfulness training as expressed by several teachers: principally Shuryu Suzuki Roshi and Jon Kabat-Zinn.
