Online Mindfulness Summit looks good

26 Sep 2015 5:04 PM | Tim Burnett (Administrator)

hi all, I signed up for this free online Mindfulness Summit - a neat line up of speakers every day in October but you have to watch it on the day it's released. You have to sign up (and give them your email address but so far no other email but about this event).

Dear Summiteers,

We are delighted to announce the event schedule & calendar for the 31 days of The Mindfulness Summit which you will find below.

It has been a joyful labor of love putting this summit together and we're excited to be beginning this journey with you very soon.

For your information, Day 1 of the summit will begin at midnight12:00:00 PDT (Los Angeles) on October 1st. To see what time that is for you, click here. The Day 1 session will be available free for exactly 24 hours (we'll send you a reminder email with the live link just before it begins).

Each session thereafter will be available in the same way, from midnight PDT for 24 hours only, so make sure you tune in daily to enjoy the incredible teachings and practices on offer.

Next week you will receive instructions on joining us in the 31 Days of Mindfulness Challenge and details of how you can ask questions and engage with our speakers.

What you'll be discovering during the 31 days of the summit has the capacity to transform your world from the inside out. We look forward to taking this mindful adventure with you.

With warmth,

Melli and Matt

PS: As you browse the schedule, if you see anything that you think your friends and family would benefit from, share this calendar with them via FacebookTwitter or forward this email to them.

I signed up for calendar alerts and now I am woken up every morning at 3AM. When I try to change the alert setting to none it always reverts back to 5 minutes before. I also am unable to delete the reminder from my calendar. Summit is awesome so far tho. Thank you Melli!
