We offer a reduced set of classes during the busy Summer months.
We'll offer our full set of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and other classes again in the Fall, starting mid-September.

Seattle

  Getting Started with Mindfulness and Compassion
    A 3-week introduction to mindfulness and compassion.
    Tuesdays 6 pm - 8:30 pm, May 1 - 15.

  Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
    Our 8-week gold-standard, immersive class.

    Thursdays 6 pm - 8:30 pm,  June 28 - August 16.

  Fundamentals of Mindfulness
     A 4-week deep dive into mindfulness.
    Tuesdays 6 pm - 8:30 pm, July 17 - August 7.

    Silent days of practice in beautiful settings.
