by Tim Burnett, October 2025
In October 2025, Mindfulness Northwest senior teacher Tim Burnett led a weekend retreat at the Samish Island Retreat Center focussed on essential core attitudes for a fruitful mindfulness practice. The talks also included reflections by Tim on Jon Kabatt-Zinn and the history of MBSR as well as his own story around how he became a mindfulness teacher.
We offer annual weekend, 3-day, and 5-day residential retreats every year. See the Multi-Day Retreats section of our Programs.
