Are you a past participant of one of our Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) or Mindfulness for Healthcare Professionals (MHP) courses? If so, come join us! Build community and support your ongoing understanding and practice of mindfulness in this warm, welcoming group. We meet monthly for 90 minutes of practice and discussion, free of charge.

This program is offered for no charge. A donation to our Accessibility Fund is warmly invited to pay it forward, but not required. $5 – $50 per session suggested.
