An Evening of Mindful Self-Compassion

Curious about how to bring Mindful Self-Compassion into your life? Start here! Expect a one-hour interactive presentation introducing you to the principles of Mindful Self-Compassion and teaching some basic practices. You’ll leave with a toolkit of simple practices to use at work and home.

This participatory, practical introductory class includes:

  • Definitions of mindfulness and mindful self-compassion
  • A helpful handout summarizing the benefits and applications of mindful self-compassion in everyday life
  • Guided body and breath awareness practices
  • Group dialogue and small group discussion
  • Suggestions on resources for ongoing practice and how to apply mindfulness at work and home

Based on the 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program.
