Finding Calm for Parents and Caregivers
This 6-week online course offers mindfulness and self-compassion practices for parents and caregivers. Mindfulness practice helps us to become more aware of whatever is happening in this moment. Self-compassion encourages us to be kind to ourselves in the process. Together, mindfulness and self-compassion can help us deepen our connection with ourselves and with our child in the midst of life’s circumstances.
This six-week course includes:
- Mindfulness-based skills to help reduce stress and encourage balance
- Adult-to-child self-awareness with a focus on self-regulation, self-compassion, and emotional development
- An environment to discover your own inner wisdom
- A community of like-minded parents and caregivers who aspire to be the best they can be
Join us on this journey with an open mind, curiosity, and a willingness to explore.
