In this 3-hour workshop, offered in two 1.5-hour sessions, we’ll meet the primary practices of mindfulness, learn about the scientific and cultural roots of these practices, and have plenty of time for hands-on experience. You’ll leave with an idea of how mindfulness can be integrated into daily life at work and at home.
