MBSR Teacher Training Info Session

60-minute info session

Ready to share your passion for mindfulness?

Wondering if teaching mindfulness could be your next step?

Join the Executive Director of Mindfulness Northwest and instructor with the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teacher Training Program (MBSR-TT) Tim Burnett in this free info session to learn more about our MBSR Teacher Training program. Tim will review the prerequisites, application processes and content of this training, as well as taking any questions you may have. You can also arrange to speak with Tim one-on-one about whether the program is right for you, at this event or by emailing him at tim@mindfulnessnorthwest.com.

Tim will also be joined by alumni of our teacher training program who will be there to answer your questions about their experience.

Some of the questions they may touch on include:

  • What unique value did you experience in Mindfulness Northwest’s training?
  • How manageable was the coursework with your busy life?
  • How has your life changed since completing your training?
  • In what ways have you used your training?

I live on the opposite side of the country from the MNW offices. The senior teachers for the MBSR-TT program at MNW helped connect me to a local certified MBSR teacher in Atlanta, GA who agreed to be my onsite mentor. This satellite arrangement worked out perfectly, and I felt like I got the full experience even though I was 3,000 miles away! – Erika Bloodworth, Atlanta Georgia
