Meeting Loss and Transition with Self-Compassion Retreat

In person in Bellevue

1-day retreat

All-Day In-Person Mindful Self-Compassion Retreat for Loss & Transitions

Loss and transition can make us feel tender, disorienting, and achingly human. If you’re longing for a day to pause, reconnect, and meet your experience with more kindness and steadiness, you’re warmly welcome here.

Grounded in the evidence-based practices of Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), this in-person retreat offers guided, accessible practices to support your nervous system, soften self-judgment, and bring a caring presence to what’s hard, without forcing positivity or rushing your process.

Sharing is always optional. You don’t need to have the “right words,” and no meditation experience is needed. We practice in community because loss can feel isolating and practicing together helps us remember: you’re human, and you’re not alone.

You’ll leave with practical, supportive tools you can return to again and again; steady companions for meeting difficult moments with more kindness, clarity, and ease.

Catherine's presence is a gift. I learned just as much from watching her embody and live this content as I did from reading, talking, learning, and practicing it myself.
