Intro to Mindfulness
In this 3-hour workshop, offered in two 1.5-hour sessions, we’ll meet the primary practices of mindfulness, learn about the scientific and cultural roots of these practices, and have plenty of time for hands-on experience. You’ll leave with an idea of how mindfulness can be integrated into daily life at work and at home.
Mindfulness helps us meet challenges with more resilience, to embrace the joys of life with more appreciation, and approach all experience with greater awareness. Join us!
The teachers are lovely, gentle, incredibly supportive, and clearly knowledgeable about mindfulness and how it can support us in our lives. I highly recommend anyone from the mindfulness novice to the seasoned practitioner to try a class with them.
