Deep breathing and sound bowl vibrations can help balance the nervous system providing a unique opportunity to release, recalibrate, and begin anew.

Our time together will begin with nourishing breathwork practices like box breathing, alternate nostril breathing and guided patterned deep breathing. We’ll then drop into a meditation where we’ll use our breath as our anchor of focus.

We’ll finish the class with stretches that will provide instant relief and a store of resilience and a lovely crystal bowl sound bath that will give our bodies the chance to integrate all the breathwork and meditation.

Deep breathing and sound bowl vibrations can soothe a frazzled, overworked nervous system and provide a unique opportunity to release, recalibrate, and begin anew. This class is perfect for both seasoned and beginning breathworks looking for a reset.
