3-hour workshop

A 3-hour workshop on emotional resilience. Feeling overwhelmed? Worn down by serving others? Need in-the-moment tools to decrease stress? By cultivating mindfulness and compassion, we’re able to know our emotions more fully, respond to strong emotions more wisely, and cultivate and strengthen positive emotions — all of which builds resilience.

Under the guidance of a skilled instructor, you’ll learn techniques to help you recognize and respond to difficult emotions with both mindfulness and compassion. Explore a variety of practices, learning simple tools to reduce stress and anxiety.

This workshop uses the tools of mindfulness to help us on our journey with emotions in three ways:

  • To know our emotions more fully
  • To become able to respond to strong emotions more wisely
  • To cultivate and strengthen positive emotions
