Warm Heart, Clear Mind

ONLINE

Half-day retreat

Join us for an immersive online retreat to warm the heart and clear the mind. This four-hour retreat offers the opportunity to cultivate mindfulness and develop compassion in the comfort of your own home.

Guided meditations will focus on breath & body awareness, loving-kindness, open awareness, and other compassionate practices, allowing you to connect deeply with your experience and develop a greater sense of self-compassion. A skilled teacher and friendly community make this a supportive place to take a break and nourish yourself. As we move into a colder, darker season, let’s fire up our inner awareness and warm ourselves with compassion.
