New Weekly Program Starting in 2025!
Join Mindfulness Northwest Teacher Carolyn McCarthy and a diversity of other teachers for a new weekly hour of live online mindfulness practice. Expect guided meditations, gentle mindful movement, and community connection in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
The Sunday Sit program expands our weekly drop-in programming from our successful Wednesday noontime Mid-Day Mindfulness, which continues.
Come weekly or just once, for as long as you like. All are welcome!

Sundays from 7-8pm PT ongoing. Register below, then drop-in for one or many sessions.
COST
This program is offered without fee and by donation. A donation to our Accessibility Fund is warmly invited to pay it forward. $5 – $30 per session suggested.
Carolyn provided a safe space and model for mindfulness — what it can be and how it can look, no matter who you are. She is so knowledgeable. I take her as a model for new forms of listening and self-kindness.
