Welcome to our ongoing weekly Midday Mindfulness program. Each Wednesday, Tim explores a topic around living with mindfulness and compassion in our complex lives and world. Session include a brief introductory talk by Tim, a practice, and small and large group discussion.
Schedule:
Wednesdays from 12 noon - 1 pm, (PT), through March 31 (skipping all of December 2020). Register below, then drop-in for one or many sessions.
Instructor: Tim Burnett, Mindfulness Northwest Executive Director and Guiding Teacher. Note that on weeks in which Tim is not available senior teacher Richard Johnson will lead the group.
Who this class is for:
This program is appropriate for all levels of experience with mindfulness training including those just beginning the journey.
Location: Offered Live Online.
We'll use the Zoom video conferencing platform. Find out more about this easy to use software at www.Zoom.us. Broadband internet is required.
Cost:
Suggested donation of $5 - $50 per session to our Accessibility Fund per session you attend. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
