Each week Tim will explore a topic around living with mindfulness and compassion in our complex lives and world. Sessions will include a brief introductory talk by Tim, a practice, and small and large group discussion.

Who this class is for:
This program is appropriate for all levels of experience with mindfulness training including those just beginning the journey.
Location: Offered Live Online.

Suggested donation of $5 - $50 per session to our Accessibility Fund per session you attend. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
