Learn to Share Mindfulness with Confidence, Authenticity, and Integrity
January – June 2027 | Live Online
You’ve discovered something in mindfulness that has changed the way you relate to stress, work, and life.
Now you may be wondering…
How do I share this with others?
Whether you’re supporting clients, leading a team, teaching yoga, working in healthcare, or simply wanting to bring mindfulness into your community, sharing mindfulness requires far more than enthusiasm. It requires skill, experience, and thoughtful guidance.
The Mindfulness Teaching Pathway is Mindfulness Northwest’s comprehensive teacher development program. Through live instruction, supervised practice teaching, and personalized feedback from experienced faculty, it prepares you to confidently introduce mindfulness in professional and community settings.
Unlike self-paced certification programs, this pathway is built around relationship, mentorship, and real teaching experience; helping you develop not only the skills to guide mindfulness practices, but also your own authentic teaching presence.
After completing the pathway:
After completing the pathway, you’ll be a Certified Mindfulness Instructor. You can design and lead a structured mindfulness program. You know how to work with what comes up in a room. You’ve taught in front of real people and gotten real feedback. And you carry a credential that reflects that depth. If you eventually want to pursue MBSR Teacher Training, this is a strong on-ramp.
