Join us for a immersive online mindfulness and compassion retreat, led by longtime mindfulness teacher Richard Johnson. This four hour retreat offers a unique opportunity to cultivate mindfulness and develop a deep sense of compassion in the comfort of your own home.
When we take time to open to the boundless quality of awareness, we make space for connection with the heart’s truth. As the natural world becomes colder, let us turn inwards towards our heart’s innate warmth, connectedness and wholeness with this half-day retreat together.
Guided meditations will focus on breath & body awareness, loving-kindness, open awareness, and other compassionate practices, allowing you to explore different dimensions of your experience and develop a greater sense of self-compassion. Experience practices that cultivate peaceful awareness and compassionate connection in a supportive online environment.
