Join Executive Director and Guiding Teacher Tim Burnett for Midday Mindfulness every Wednesday at noon. The program includes a talk, guided practice, and time to connect.

For graduates of MBSR and MSC, there’s our Alumni Practice Group: 60 minutes of connection and support.

All Drop-Ins are offered free or by donation: simply register and we’ll send you the Zoom link. We look forward to seeing you!
