Mindfulness Northwest is happy to offer a wide variety of programs online via the Zoom video platform. See our upcoming online programs below. Most of our instructors reside in the Puget Sound area of Washington State, and continue to be delighted by the opportunity to connect with mindfulness students across the country and internationally through online classes, workshops and even multi-day meditation retreats. All of our class times are listed in the Pacific time zone.

When you register for an online class, the Zoom meeting link will be sent to you by email.

 

Our programs originate in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, home to the Coast Salish people since time immemorial. We humbly acknowledge that we are here as a result of colonialism. We are grateful to the Lhaq’te’mish (Lummi Nation), Nuxwsá7aq (Nooksack), Dxʷdəwʔabš (Duwamish), and our other native neighbors for their ongoing leadership and advocacy on behalf of our common home.
